Catering Director: Lisa Gillespie is a twenty-year veteran of the hospitality industry, acting as server, bartender and since 2013, Catering Director at Dixie Blue Bar-B-Que. Hands on in our kitchen with recipes made from scratch, including all of our delicious soups. As Catering Director for Dixie Blue, she serves as the primary customer contact from the start of your catering order. Lisa not only brings her significant experience and industry relationships but also her local knowledge of Blaine; its food, its style, and scene.
